Minimum Requirements but not limited to:

• Masters Diploma in Psychology or Clinical Social Work
• License from the Board (LMHC/ LCSW)

Job Description:

• Develop Biopsychosocial, Master Treatment Plan and FARS/CFARS
• Provide counseling services
• Develop Treatment Plan Reviews as needed
• Complete documentation for services as needed such as but not limited to progress notes, discharge paperwork and incident reports.

• Develop Initial Assessment and Reassessments as needed
• Supervise BCaBA/ RBT for at least the minimum requirement identified by BACB
• Provide Family Training as needed

Minimum Requirements but not limited to:

• Bachelors Diploma
• BCaBA Board Certification
• Medicaid Provider Number

Job Description:

• Assist BCBA with Reassessments
• Supervise RBT for at least the minimum requirement identified by BACB
• Provide Family Training as needed
• Receive 2 – 5% of Supervision by BCBA as required by the BACB

• RBT 40 Hour Training Certificate
• Board Certificate
• Medicaid Provider Number
